We are “True Jersey Guys” who have a passion for quality food.

With inspiration from my paesano, Johnny C “The Pizza Guy”, this blog was brought to life. Johnny grew up in a family with restaurants, his passion for quality food along with his discerning palate make him a perfect match for me as we set out in search for Jersey’s best pizza. Although our focus will be pizza in our home state, as we travel, explore and receive reviews from elsewhere we will let you know what else is out there and where to find it.

With thousands of “Jersey Pizza Joints” we have our work cut out. From the hundreds of new modern “Authentic”,” Hipster”, pizzerias with wood, coal and crazy gas fired 1,000^ ovens, to the thousands of classic “Old world” Italian restaurants serving pizza and an over abundant number of local Formica “grab and go” pizzerias we will need your help to find them all.

We have set up a 100-Point Pizza rating scale that will help to keep things relatively consistent and check out our How To Rate and Review section and just do it.
